Yes. We coordinate the full renovation, from demolition to final handover, with integrated responsibility for programme, cost, and quality.
It depends on size and scope. Partial renovations typically take 3 to 6 months; full renovations with extensions usually 8 to 14 months. We share a realistic schedule after a site visit.
Yes. We can take a project developed by another firm, run a buildability review, price the works, and proceed directly to execution.
For a full renovation we do not recommend it. For partial or phased renovations it can be possible with proper protection and planning.
We work with phased budgets and valuations validated before each payment. Variations, when they exist, are reviewed, justified, and approved before going ahead.
Yes. We carry out extensions (annexes, additional floors, suites, covered outdoor areas) integrated with the renovation of the existing building.
If you do not yet have a renovation project or permits, we can take care of everything: architecture, consultant design, and city hall approval when required. The focus stays on delivering the works well.
