Do you work on a turnkey basis?

Yes. We coordinate the full construction of the house, from site setup through handover, with integrated responsibility for programme, cost, and quality.

How long does it take to build a house?

Typically 12 to 18 months on site for a single-family house, depending on size, plot, and finishes. We share a realistic schedule after reviewing the project.

I already have a project. Can you build only?

Yes. We can take a project developed by another firm, run a buildability review, price the works, and proceed directly to construction.

I do not have project or permits yet. Can you handle that too?

Yes. Although construction is our focus, we also handle the architecture project, consultant design, and planning approval, acting as a single point of contact from design through handover.

How is cost controlled during construction?

We work with phased budgets and valuations validated before each payment. Variations, when they exist, are reviewed, justified, and approved before going ahead.

What guarantees do you give on the finished home?

We comply with the legal construction warranty periods and stay in direct contact for any post-completion support that may be needed.

We also handle design and permits

If you do not have a project or permits yet, we can take care of everything: architecture, consultant design, and city hall approval. The focus stays on building well, on the right technical foundations.
